Basement Waterproofing Indianapolis IN (basementwaterproofingindianapolis.com) runs a free referral and advertising service for homeowners in Indianapolis, IN and the surrounding part of Central Indiana. Below is what personal information the site collects, why, and who sees it. This version took effect on October 10, 2026.
To send a request you give your name, how to reach you, the town or address of the house and a few words about the basement. That information has two uses and no more: forwarding your request to be contacted to one independent local contractor, and replying when you write in.
Only that one contractor receives your request. Our web host and the service that carries our messages touch the information solely to keep those services running. Nobody buys, rents or trades it from us. We will hand it over if a subpoena, court order or similar legal duty compels us to.
Form requests are kept with the site's hosting provider just long enough to pass each one to a single contractor, then erased once 90 days have gone by.
Like any web server, ours writes routine logs: browser type, pages visited and the referring page. Every page still works with cookies switched off.
After the contractor reaches you, anything you tell that business is covered by its own privacy practices, not by this policy. These pages are meant for adults, and no information is knowingly taken from anyone under 13. To review the details we keep on you, fix them or have them deleted, write through the contact form. When this policy changes, the updated text and its date will be posted here. The law of Indiana applies to this policy.
